Throughout my years as a therapist, I’ve always been struck by the power of connection–both its power to heal and the wake of inner destruction caused by its absence.
Many of my clients share how difficult it is to find friends or others to connect with in the ways they would find most meaningful. I, myself, have struggled to find this too.
The Soul Care Studio is my offering for those who are looking to find a place to spiritually & emotionally connect with others and are ready to go deeper into their own self-discovery!
The world holds so much beauty, but this is only visible to us when our hearts are online. Staying emotionally connected is the gateway to all of the gifts of the spiritual heart. Drop in for a bi-monthly meditation or sign up for one of our workshops!

About our Meetings
We meet virtually the first and third Sunday of the month at 10am Central time. During this time we share in sacred silence as we meditate, journal, breathe, or catch up to ourselves. This hour is for anyone looking to have support or accountability on their introspective journey. We also host a variety of workshops to support Self-awareness and Self-development.
