In July of 2023, I started a podcast called The Modern Day Romantic. My aim for the podcast was to help anyone looking to better understand themselves and their journey to finding love—both with themselves and in partnership. I enjoyed bringing couples onto the podcast to share their stories, as well as interviewing a variety of experts in their respective fields. Some of the topics I
explored were self-development, consciousness studies, soulmate relationships, Jungian psychology, transpersonal psychology, and the psychology of “hopeless romantics”.
